RETURNS & REFUNDS

Due to the nature of our skincare products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns of opened or used products.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at just.careite@gmail.com , and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

For unopened and unused products, please contact us before returning any item.

Care.ité reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
